Tour the Workspace Interface

The first time you log into your workspace, you'll be greeted by the Introduction dialog.

What you can do here:

• Click the Workspace, Contacts, or Catalog option to go to the corresponding Recast Help Center docs.
• Click Download Agent to download the Application Workspace Agent to your device.
  This option is hidden if the Agent is already installed on your device. The option is not available in Application Workspace Launcher.

• Close the introduction to see your workspace.

Explore Your Workspace

By default, the Application Workspace interface opens to the Workspace tab. The main window displays your applications.

View Your Contacts and the Applications Catalog

In addition to the Workspace tab, you'll see the Contacts and Catalog tabs.

Open the User Menu

Click the arrowhead to the right of your profile photo to open the User Menu.

User Menu Options

• User Portal - Personalize your user interface, application and side menu behavior; create and edit teams; see your user and device information.
  To learn more, see Personalize Your Workspace.
• Introduction - Open the Welcome to your new workspace dialog
• Submit diagnosis - Request assistance from your support team
• About - Display the current version of Application Workspace Server and Application Workspace Agent
• Download Agent - Download the Application Workspace Agent corresponding with the Application Workspace Server.
  This option is not available in Application Workspace Launcher and is hidden if you already have the Agent installed.

Sort or Group Applications & Search the Interface

The Workspace toolbar is located just above the main window. This is where you can choose to show or hide the side menu, sort and group applications, see the latest applications, or adjust the tile size. From here, you can also search your workspace, contacts, and applications catalog.

Toggle Side Menu Click to show or hide the Side Menu	Sort Apps When enabled, apps are sorted alphabetically  When disabled, you can rearrange the order	Group Apps  Show the tag list or folder view of All applications  Current limitation: the order of apps within a folder cannot be changed	Refresh Show the latest available applications	Search Results from your workspace, contacts & catalog	Change Tile Size Drag the slider or click the arrowheads.

Filter Your Application View

The Application Workspace side menu offers filters, categories, tags and teams that make it easy to see all your applications or a subset of those applications.
