- Server Operating Systems
- SQL Server and Recast Management Server Databases
- IIS: Check the IIS service for availability and responsiveness, check the RMS-related sites and application pools
- Recast Management Server
- Recast Agent Gateway
- Recast Proxy: Monitor the Windows 'Recast Proxy Service'
- Connectivity:
- Check connection of Recast Agents to the Recast Management Server and Recast Agent Gateway(s)
- Check connection of Recast Agent Gateway(s) and Recast Proxy to Recast Management Server
