In Right Click Tools Patching, you can add multiple Configuration Manager and/or Intune environments.
To add an environment:
1. On the Patching Settings page, click Add Environment.
2. On the Service Connections page that opens, click to add a service connection.
With the service connection added, the new environment will appear on the Settings page with the Configuration showing as ‘Not Ready’.
3. On the Settings page, hover over the information icon (located just to the right of the 'Not Ready' label) to view the fields that must be completed.
4. Click the Settings cog.

5. On the Environment Settings page that opens, complete the required fields and save your changes.
Back on the Settings page, the environment will show as 'Ready' and can be used for deployment processes.
On the Patching Settings page, you can test whether a Configuration Manager or Intune integration is set up to function correctly.
The test checks the following:
- Service connections are working properly
- UNC path is accessible
- Required proxy permissions are in place
To test an integration:
1. On the Settings page, under Actions, click the ellipsis (...) to open the drop-down menu.
2. Click Test Integration.

Deleting a Right Click Tools Patching integration removes all configuration associated with the integration, as well as any deployment processes that are only linked to the environment(s) within that integration. This action cannot be undone.
To delete an integration:
1. On the Patching Settings page, under Actions, click the ellipsis (...) to open the drop-down menu.
2. Click Delete Integration and confirm the deletion.

When you select the Migrate Applications option, Right Click Tools Patching will detect the applications in your Configuration Manager ARP inventory data, compare them against the RCT Patching catalog inventory, display the applications that match, and allow you add those applications to deployment processes for Intune.
NOTE: This feature does not migrate deployment settings from ConfigMgr to Intune.
To migrate applications from ConfigMgr to Intune:
1. On the Patching Settings page, click the ellipsis (...) to the right of a ConfigMgr environment and select Migrate Applications from the drop-down.

2. If desired, filter the selection.
Filtering options:

- Include 32 bit applications
- Include Neutral applications
- Include only English and multi-language applications
Click Next.
3. In the side panel that opens, select the destination Intune environment to which you want to migrate applications. Click Next.
NOTE: Right Click Tools Patching will detect applications in the ConfigMgr ARP inventory and compare them to the inventory in the RCT Patching catalog. Those that match are shown in the Select Application(s) side panel.
4. Review the list of applications and remove any applications you don't want to migrate by clicking the x next to them. Click Next.
5. Name the deployment process. Click Next.
