KNOWN ISSUE

We have confirmed an issue affecting the creation of new content-based actions (for example, Install Uploaded File and Run Uploaded Script actions). When creating a new action and selecting Confirm, the user interface displays a loading indicator that never completes. The action itself continues processing in the background and will complete if given enough time; however, the confirmation dialog never reaches a finished state and must be cancelled manually.
Workaround: After creating the action, cancel the dialog and allow the action to finish processing in the background. Refresh the page to make the newly created action visible, then edit the same action and save it again. The confirmation process should complete normally. For actions that require uploading large content (for example, files several hundred MB in size), we recommend that you initially create the action using a small placeholder file and then replace it with the final content after the action has been created successfully. This reduces the initial upload time and avoids having to wait for the full content upload during creation.
