Bug Fixes

• Excluded folders are no longer recreated on the device when restoring App Settings.
• The 'Delete existing content before restore' option now works as expected.
• Restoring a File type App Settings item no longer deletes its entire parent folder.
• App Settings registry items using the HKCU root format are now applied correctly.

• The New-LiquitZone command no longer fails with a p2pEnabled invalid value error.

• The launch failure dialog now shows the package name instead of an empty value.
