Recast Agent enables actions to be run on computers in untrusted domains, on computers that the user does not have administrator permissions to, and on computers that have more restrictive firewall rules in place. Recast Agent is used to collect Endpoint Insights inventory data from the device, and provides end users with a way to self-elevate credentials when using Privilege Manager.
