Automatic Contact Synchronization

The Application Workspace System automatically synchronizes your contacts across a variety of identity sources, including LDAP-based directories such as Active Directory, JumpCloud, and eDirectory, as well as Entra ID. Once you set up the necessary servers and settings, contacts sync seamlessly without manual updates.

Choose Contact Details to Display

You have control over which user attributes are displayed in the system. Commonly enabled attributes include address, department, phone number, and email, allowing for a more informative and personalized user experience.

Users can add contacts to personally created teams

In addition to automatic synchronization, end users can add contacts to teams they create on the Workspace tab. This makes collaboration easier and ensures that team members have quick access to relevant contact information.
