New Entra ID- and Intune-Focused Tools

Introducing two Recast actions to help you manage devices in Entra ID and Intune.

Right Click Tools for Intune now includes Recast actions developed during our recent Hackathon, as well as some classic Tools that were previously unavailable from the browser extension.

PLEASE NOTE: These Right Click Tools features require an updated version of the Right Click Tools for Intune browser extension. The new browser extension version will become available in the Google Chrome Web Store and Microsoft Edge Add-ons Store once each vendor completes its approval process.

Recast Management Server

Audit Log Improvements 

Your Recast Management Server's Audit Log page now displays results as they return, meaning that you can monitor progress and interact with the page while results load—which is especially helpful when returning larger data sets.

Application Manager

Run Pre- and Post-Install Actions

Perform custom actions before and/or after a new application version is installed by adding a PowerShell script or an executable command to individual or all deployment processes. For details, see Pre- and Post-Install Actions.

Known Issue: Currently, the Additional Installation Parameters setting will not work in conjunction with pre-/post-scripting. Additional uninstallation parameters are not affected. This issue will be fixed in the next release.

Recast Builder: No duplicate actions appear if an error occurs while attempting to load actions. (Customer-Reported Bug 68168) 

Web Dashboards: Snapshots now return results from all Recast actions.

Privilege Manager

Activation Codes: Single-use activation codes now work when the time period prior to expiration is different than the default (1 hour).
