The Right Click Tools for Intune browser extension requires the following permissions:
webRequest - Allows the browser extension to listen for Microsoft Graph API and Recast Management Server device requests. Those devices are then used to enable multi-device actions.
<all_urls> - The browser requires a list of all the URLs with which Right Click Tools intends to interact. That list is comprised only of Intune pages and the RMS URL you've specified in your browser extension settings. But because the RMS URLs are specific to each customer, it's necessary to request broad access using the <all_urls> permission.
