The Catalog tab displays all applications made available to you by your system administrator.
Featured applications
Applications featured by your organisation appear at the top of the Catalog tab.

Right-clicking on the background area displays a link to the User Portal where you can personalize your workspace.
Latest, Trending and Popular Applications
Below the featured applications, three predefined categories display
- Latest - Apps edited by the system administrator most recently
- Trending - The most requested or obtained apps over last week
- Popular - The most requested or obtained apps within last month

Filters
You can also use the filters in the side menu to see a subset of applications.
| Pending approval | Only applications you have requested and have not yet been approved |
| Local apps | Only local applications |
| Web | Only applications pointing to a web address |
| Rejected | Only applications you have been denied access to |
| Approvals | This option is available to you only if you have been appointed as an approver by an administrator. This view allows you to approve, deny or ignore approval requests. |
Categories & Tags
Categories and tags show a more granular view of the applications you have access to.
Only system administrators can create categories or tags and assign them to applications.
View application details
Clicking on an application on the Catalog tab opens its catalog information page. Here you can view the general details of an application, related media, FAQ, reviews and ratings given by your coworkers, all which can help you decide if the application suits your needs.
You can also add your own reviews and ratings.
NOTE: The review section will appear only for an application once that application is on your Workspace tab.
