What it Means
This usually means that Right Click Tools is having trouble connecting to Remote WMI to run the action that was selected. It is often blocked by firewall rules somewhere on the network when this issue shows itself.

Additionally it’s also possible that the Remote Procedure Call (RPC) service is disabled, which would produce the same results, you can verify if the RPC service is running by checking services on the computer in question.
