Application Manager for Intune Tenant Not Linking

Issue

The Intune tenant cannot be linked to the management portal or Application Manager for Intune.

Troubleshooting Steps

1. Make sure that the necessary guest account is invited to your Azure Active Directory tenant and it has the necessary role allocated. This can be done in https://portal.azure.com/#blade/Microsoft_AAD_IAM/UsersManagementMenuBlade/AllUsers.

2. Check if the necessary applications are granted the correct permissions. This can be done in https://portal.azure.com/#blade/Microsoft_AAD_IAM/StartboardApplicationsMenuBlade/AllApps/menuId/.
